8-9 The CHN will host a being healthy cooking class once a week and record weekly progress of the competitors. CHN, perhaps she will hire someone with cooking experience or use volunteers from her sources She will keep weekly attendance to ensure 80% of the competitors utilize the cooking classes and provide feedback to their progress. The classes will end on 8/28 for a total of four weeks for the contestants to lose weight by changing to healthier eating. 8/29 The participating members will come in for their, after pictures, to record their last set of data. CHN At least 75% of contestants will lose a minimum of five pounds per the records. All data will be inputted and announced by 8/31 including the winner who lost the most pounds. 28
