Lumps/Tenderness No lumps, pain or tenderness noted on palpation. Costovertebral Angle Not assess Lung Fields/Breath Sounds Lungs are clear to auscultation over all lung fields without adventitious sounds present. Lungs Anterior Chest Respirations Regular, even and unlabored Skin Unable to assess. Tactile Fremitus Tactile fremitus is symmetric. Lumps/Tenderness No lumps, pain or tenderness noted on palpation. Lung Fields/Breath Sounds Lungs are clear to auscultation over all lung fields without adventitious sounds present. Peripheral Vascular Range of Motion Has full range of motion. Muscle Strength Normal and equal bilaterally. Epitrochlear Nodes Unable to palpate Upper Extremities Equal in size, no swelling, clubbing and warm bilaterally. Radial and Brachial Pulses Equal and strong bilaterally, 2+, normal. Lower Extremities Equal in size, no swelling and warm bilaterally. Femoral, Popliteal, Posterior Tibial, and Dorsalis Pedis Pulses Equal and strong bilaterally in both lower extremities.
