The test I feel is more reliable and valuable is the MBTI test. I feel like this test has moresubstance than the Big Five Personality test. With the MBTI looking at 16 personality traitsversus the five, the results are more in depth and give you a better understanding of yourself than

The MBTI also has the history to support its validity.Millions use this method, including 2,500 universities, 200 governments agencies and 10,000businesses (The Washington Post). The Big Five Personality does offer insight it just doesn’tstand up to the MBTI test in my opinion and many others.
