We had a 20% reduction as expected and wereable to increase employee awareness.Water reduction activities were even more effective, we had a 30% reduction. In this way itwas possible to identify that the employees were using the water in an uncontrolled way. Theinvestment with the change of taps was high, but we have a forecast that this investment willbe paid in the next 6 months.The policy communication strategies were very effective and we managed to increase theparticipation of a large number of employees through the available communication channels.The team was very pleased with the rewards that were given for participation and results withthe sustainability strategies. Several employees were awarded bonuses, days off, trips andworkshops.The training available to employees was very effective and many of them reported that theyare using the knowledge acquired at their homes.
