In terms of business type and purpose of Vietinbank, it belong to public sector and vietinbank„s purpose is supply service related to currency like saving accounts, wire transferring, loans, foreign currency trading, card services, bank account package for Japanese . (Viettinbank, 2014). Main activities of VietinBank is related to bank deposits and transactions embraceable mobilizing and taking deposits over the period long-term, short-term and medium-term; making loans in each terms; besides bank accomplish transfer transactions between organizations and between individuals with organizations. According to annual report in 2016 of VietinBank, the amount of fund was mobilizing reached VND 870 trillion and jump to 22% compare with 2015 .In the same time , the percentage of money put in record which come from customers deposits was 33% and become the highest growth rate at domestic banks.( annual report, 2016) The business type of VietinBank is public sector, it investment partly by government. According to VietinBank website, this company is one of the Trade bank has the most invested about capital from government (64,46%) (VietinBank, 2014) The aims of this organization is to saving account when one s not use immediately and want to saving , or loans when personal or organization borrowing money , money exchange services between different country and so on.( annual report, 2015) 1.3 Describe the current vision, mission, core values, goals, and objectives (SMART) of Vietinbank: 1. Vision: the big dream of VietinBank is become one of the most powerful financial institutions and catch up with international banking standard 2. Mission : enhance the standard of living by supplying products and services

3. Goals :it more specific than mission, the organizations which have a specific goals can gain a success easier . Yogi Berra said that: “ You ve got to be very careful if you don t know where you r e going, because you might not get there” . (Henry Cothran, 2015) 4. Core value : For customers, they are top of priority of all activities and insurance For toward excellences, they innovate and complete to become perfection. For dynamic, creative, professional and model, there are essential for relationship between VietinBank and customers.
