INTERNSHIP REPORT
FOREIGN LANGUAGE DEPARTMENT
The Director is a head of hotel and plays a critical role in directly managing
the hotel. The director is a person who controls all operations of the hotel, takes
charge of the activities, performs power and scope of handling affairs in accordance
with the provisions of the laws and the management decentralization of the hotel.
The Deputy Director is a person who guides directly departments and
functional rooms. He/she is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in the
management organization operating of the hotel. In general, he/she performs their
work effectively to help the hotel promote gradually.
Human Resources Department (HRD) is led by human resources manager
under the direct supervision of the hotel manager. It carries out human resources
planning and solves personnel of the hotel. The missions of HRD are recruitment,
arrangement and use of personnel, train and assess personnel to improve labour
efficiency.
The Accountant Department is responsible for keeping track of revenues and
expenses of the hotel, in charge of funding and implementation of the accounting
profession under the current regime of property and of the state.
The financial
department duties are: book keeping procedures, creating a balance sheet and profit
and loss account, providing management information, management of wages and
raising of finance.
