Detailed Damage Assessment Action 1. Obtain the Detailed Damage Assessment Report, along with: Floor plans Hardware layouts Cabling diagrams (power, communications) Lighting/environment plan Air conditioning plant layout Wiring block diagram Protective clothing, clipboard, torch Video, camera/photographer 2. Determine if supporting specialists are required to assist with damage assessment. Computer technicians Telecommunications specialists Security contractors Alarm specialists Specialist cleaners/rubbish removal Electricians for cabling/lighting/power Building contractors for false floors/partitioning 3. Plan the damage assessment to ensure that not too many people are simultaneously on site. 4. Contact support specialists. 5. Brief each support specialist as to the objective and proposed approach to the review. 6. External Contractors to be supervised at all times and problems discussed to ensure the problem is fully understood. 7.
