Main Project Deliverables: An hour long seminar to be held on campus. At the end of the seminar the group should be able to touch base on the following: Give a basic knowledge on the business culture of each of the seven continents of the world. Give an example of one successful business model from each continent. Give an idea on how the labor workforce functions individually and as a whole. How culture and politics plays in as factors on how an individual performs the assigned duty. Dr. Schaller to share his experience on International Project Management (if possible). It should be easy and simple for everyone to understand followed by a Q/A session for the group. Each attendee should be given a booklet or some sort of electronic media so that they can always refer to it if they ever need to. My Desired Role and why: I want to represent one of the seven continents not preferably the one I come from so it is made sure that I get to learn something new like everyone. I want to lead my group in successfully completing the project and I intend to do so by: Making sure each member is assigned the right task so that they understand what is asked for. Monitor their progress and be available to them in case of questions. Lead as an example by doing my part of the project right so that it can inspire them. Make arrangements to attract maximum amount of crowd to the seminar by using ideas generated by the group. Keeping account of any cost or resource related issues involved. I have had the chance to be in two different business cultures which made me believe that there are vast differences and a lot to learn and this might be a good starting point. I see myself as a future entrepreneur so this will be a great way to learn project management and also prepare myself for any international impacts that my future business might face. To say the least it will give me an opportunity to learn about different cultures which is very interesting on its own.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
