This requires a strategy for a targeted audience that has compelling messages while enhancing the brand. Once the phone number is captured, auto- responders send an enticing message that leads to other push messages with special offers such as: coupons, give-aways, sweepstakes, information, polling and special membership rewards. Realising this action plan requires hiring a mobile media group, who will personalize the business name, promote the efforts, and execute strategic messaging campaigns. The time lines for completion of this task are really short-term. So after one month from the launch, Crispin Clean will build loyalty and interaction with new and old customers. Another promotional campaign they would use is the events and experiences of the brand contained the characteristics of being highly relevant and also engaging its customers. Along with the 'Real Beauty Campaign' they could also conduct the 'ad makeover' campaign. It would basically start to displace all the ads that left a negative impact on the minds of the people. The ad aims at making women feel good about themselves. This would start the campaign on Facebook and follow the crowdsourcing policy by letting the women themselves decide the messages that would make most women feel good. This event can be organized 2 times per year. The sales staff and managers would set a sales promotion programs for a limited period before the launch of new collections to catch the eye of customers that usually buy only from mass-market. A 20%-30% off discount can be offered on limited products to encourage other targeted customers to try the superior quality and give them the chance to change their ways to buy not expensive shampoos and soap that everyone could buy, but organic and quality shampoos and soaps to be different from the masses. These programs can be organised 2 times per year by sales staff and managers. They would introduce a special membership loyalty rewards with 5% off discount for any purchasing and 10% off discount for any shoes care service. In this way they would create loyalty and reliability with the customers. This program can run the entire year and can start immediately with the help of the members of the sales force.
