Success & Failure Having good leadership in management is one of the most important components of organizational behavior.You can not lead a team or department with poor leadership. You need someone to take charge and lead by example. All the components organizational behaviors need to be in place to be successful. Having the right organizational behaviors in place determines how employees and staff interact and motivate each other. If you have poor leadership then the company will fail. You can have great leadership but if you lack communication or positive attitudes and lack of structure the organization can fail. You need everyone working on the same page, positive attitudes, and structure to really thrive as an organization. Structure is important to keep everyone and the important in line. It defines roles and relationship for people. Technologyis also important it provides the economic and physical resources staff needs to make jobs easier and faster. Being up-to-date and good hardware and software that works properly reduces stress and time for employees. External Environment components can be a factor to, to be successful you need to know what is going on outside of your organization too. OrganizationalBehaviors
