Manage Quality Customer Service Part A 1a Products with the best quality in the industry or one of the best. b deliver products and services with the best time possible to satisfy the customer. c prices matching with the quality offered, not much higher nor too low. 2a Colesworth use the best material to manufacture our products so we can provide the best for our customers. b Deliver products in time it's a crucial factor to keep Colesworth customers satisfied and loyal to our company, we don't want they looking for our competitors for offering a best service. c customers are happy with quality, time but most important the cost of the product, if any competitor can offer the same product for less money they will look for ours competitors products. 3 We on Colesworth are proud about our products and service, but we can not forget about our competitors and most important the clients, so one of the ways to keep ahead of our competitors and follow trends it's analise both, competitors and consumers, what Colesworth's competitors are doing new and what the consumers are wishing for, so we can deliver the best products and services. 4 On Colesworth, we make sure that everything is going on the right direction since the very first step, since the manufacture of the product till the deliver to the consumer, we monitor every step on this line so at the end the customer is satisfied.
