And also knowing that mistakes will happen, it is essential to get back in your path and follow your purpose as soon as possible. Most of the times, a lack of purpose makes people try to escape theirreality and then appeal to something that is not healthy. It is possible to control the process of being healthy, but never the outcome. And that does not mean that a bad outcome is a lack of effort, sometimes life happens and as said by Sylvester Stallone “You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life.” There is no such thing as a shortcut to being healthy. There is discipline, competency, consistency, and knowledge. Those principles must be followed and go hand in hand to establish the best scenario possible to be healthy. It is indeed necessary to acknowledge yourself and your mistakes, and work on these to avoid them or make them minimal as possible. As said before, when a mistake happens, it is a must to get back on path, if necessary, take a step back to then gotwo steps forward.
