One goal we wished to implement is the establishment of employee structure. After analyzing TSKNGZ, we noticed that the organization does not have a foundational platform for the constituents of the business to follow. Rick Suttle, from Business Forms Inc., explains how the organizational structure is essential to businesses because it represents the backbone of any company (Suttle 2001). The overall purpose of the organizational structure is to establish the specific roles and duties of every individual within the business. This structure allows the company to function efficiently, effectively, and unanimously. In addition, it is crucial for TSKNGZ to clearly identify these scopes of authority and systems to help contribute to the businesses overall success. In relation, another weakness we found in TSKNGZ was their lack of communication and time management skills. Six Sigma Co. states in their publication that “Communication is especially important if members of a company are to work as a team towards the same goal” (Theilson 2016). It is evident to know how much effective communication can influence a company’s functionality and production process. In addition, it is essential to establish a proper intercommunication system that would allow for effective exchange of information. Moreover, this specifically identify the company’s chain of command and give TSKNGZ the opportunity to a social apparatus. Although the team of T-Shirt Kingz emphasizes the impartiality of being prompt in their orders, we noticed a shortcoming in effective planning and prioritization of tasks.With that being said, we wanted to implement a system that completely utilizes task and time management. Overall, we were able to constitute a mission and vision statements that pretty much encapsulates the values and goals we anticipate on implementing for T-Shirt Kingz. Furthermore,these company objectives would help emphasize the overall purpose and the very reason for its existence in the fashion industry.
