are infinite. I do plenty of things to distract myself from stressors. The activities I do most to distract myself are play soccer, watch movies, and/or hang out with my friends. Focusing your mind on something else can be really helpful to overcome stress. Everyone experiences stress at least at one point in their life. Stress is never fun and can ruin your life if you constantly let it get to you. The problem of stress will always be around in the world because it is very easy to obtain and pretty difficult to overcome. Stress can be obtained in so many different ways, it just all depends on the type of person. As Medline Plus says, “ Different people may feel stress in different ways. Some people experience digestive symptoms. Others may have headaches, sleeplessness, depressed mood, anger, and irritability… Some people cope with stress more effectively than others” (Medline Plus). For example, I get stressed about grades, but I don’t get stressed out about my health. Whereas there is more than likely someone else in the world who does not get stressed about grades, but does get stressed

about his or her health. There will always be something in particular that will stress out a certain person. However, the solutions discussed can help out any type of person with any situation that is making them stressed. The two best solutions for stress I believe is to talk about it and to distract yourself. I believe talking it out helps tremendously because it is a great feeling to just get something off your chest and hearing another person’s thoughts can turn out to be really helpful at times. Distracting yourself is great too because there are times you just need to kick back and have yourself a good time to get you in good spirits. As Matthew McConaughey said in his debut movie, “You just gotta keep livin’ man, L-I-V-I-N” (Dazed and Confused). It is only human to experience stress, so try not to stress about it.
