While VIB have The National Society, because they are international bank and also apply Soft HRM approach to employees. So the influences of the employees in VIB is higher than Vietinbank. Governments have their involvement in Vietinbank higher than VIB because they own 64% dividends of the bank. The biggest Boss of Vietinbank is General Meeting of Shareholders who were provided most important information. - Avoids duplication: Each department perform different activities but there are close links between the divisions - Make HR division easier: Training, Recruiting, etc Weaknesses - Internal processes really complicated, the confusion normally occur - Communication problems: Transaction information between departments and branches requires careful attention.
