Student Response:  Hypertension leads to blood vessel constriction and patients becomes high risk for cardiovascular and  peripheral vascular disorders,stroke,renal failure.High cholesterol can lead to the narrowing of the arteries and is an  etiological factor for hypertension.Assessment is focused on cardiovascular ,renal and peripheral vascular systems.Educate  about the healthy life style including regular tolerable exercises,avoid salt and fatty foods, intake of leafy vegetables and  fruits,regular intake of prescribed medications and treatment plan.
