You’ll do exercises to get you better at whatever sport you decide to play. And exercising will help you stay in shape and build up muscles. With exercising, comes eating healthy. With the time spent working out, plus the healthy intake of calories will help you lose fat and maintain a well put, healthy body. Not to mention all the free gear that you will get for games, practices, and when you travel to away games. Brother once again I am sorry for my behavior the other day. See you soon. -Your favorite (and only) rother
