VI. MARKETING IMPLEMENTATION A. Marketing Organization Wesley Vida Fitness Center successfulness is solely based on customer satisfaction. WVFC understands that there is a wide variety of customers whose fitness goals are different. To successfully implement the marketing efforts, WVFC must reach all segments without overstepping on one another. That is each targeted group must feel accepted in a way that does not deter other targeted groups. The company has already established its initial client base, we have set up fliers in local high schools, colleges and other venues, as well as signs to announce the new opening in the southern Maryland area to increase awareness. WVFC anticipates a 30% awareness in the first year, 50% in the second year, and 75% and the third year of the marketing plan implementation. For marketing efforts, within the few months of opening, WVFC will be sending out surveys via mail and email to see how customers perceive how well the organization provides services, whether they are satisfied with the outcome of their membership, have they tried fitness classes, are they training with a specific trainer, and what are some of the ways the company can improve. For those who participate in the survey will receive free protein shakes for three days. This will be a way to see if our efforts are meeting its benchmark. B. Activities, Responsibilities, and Timetables for Completion Implementation is to begin July 1, 2017 which will be start of 3 rd quarter, this is 3 months prior to opening day which is anticipated 2 October. July 1, hire two marketing analysts, onboard first 5 personal trainers, and hire one supervisory manager. The two marketing analysts will serve as brand ambassadors to push for member sign-ups and opening day benefits. These analysts will help in finalizing sponsorships with other organizations as well as handing out paraphernalia to create awareness. The onboarding of the personal trainers will meet a variety of requirements. All trainers must be abreast on their certifications, WVFCs code of conduct, and group training routines. The supervisory manager will be knowledgeable about the day to day activities and operations of the gym. They will be the pillars that employee approach when and if issues arise. July 3, onboard next 5 personal trainers, hire 2 shift managers, hire financial manager and 2 financial associates. Shift manager’s duties are to fulfill the duties of making sure the internal organization of day to day activities are running smoothly, assist associates if needed. Financial manager and financial associates will maintain payroll and budgetary piece of the organization keeping abreast on the current tax laws associated with the organization.
