The Bible has no contradictions, according to pleaseconvinceme(2012: 1 of 8) the bible isn’t a normal book; it is the word of God, therefore it cannot contain error for god is not a lair. The scripture used for this statement is (Heb 6:18): God did this so that we would be encouraged. God cannot lie when he takes an oath or makes a promise. These two things can never be changed. Those of us who have taken refuge in him hold on to the confidence we have been given . Another truth is that if God cannot not lie; then His Word will not be filled with contradictions (lies), for us as Christians believe the Bible is the Word of God by its own claim it should be truthful ; (2 Tim 3:16) Every Scripture passage is inspired by God. All of them are useful for teaching, pointing out errors, correcting people, and training them for a life that has God's approval , (pleaseconvinceme 2012: 1 of 8). It is also necessary to investigate to the fullest to determine if there really is a contradiction in the verses suspected or if it is plainly a misunderstanding , (2Tim 2:15) Do your best to present yourself to God as a tried-and-true worker who isn't ashamed to teach the word of truth correctly. (2 Tim 2:16) Avoid pointless discussions. People who pay attention to these pointless discussions will become more ungodly , (pleaseconvinceme 2012: 1 of 8). According to pleaseconvinceme (2012: 1-6 of 8), there are a few rules / guidelines that can be followed to ensure the probability of understanding the pages that might easily seem contradictory. Rule number 1, everything is about Attitude. With the wrong attitude you can easily read something into a scripture that wasn’t intended like that at all. Rule number 2, Find out the Original thing. It is a good idea and very helpful to take the original transcript and have a look at the original intended meaning. 8

READ_GHL_The Apologetic need in my community An example is the statement of the Mustard seed, in (Mar 4:30): Jesus asked, "How can we show what the kingdom of God is like? To what can we compare it? (Mar 4:31) It's like a mustard seed planted in the ground. The mustard seed is one of the smallest seeds on earth. (Mar 4:32) However, when planted, it comes up and becomes taller than all the garden plants. It grows such large branches that birds can nest in its shade." From all the seed used, this was the smallest, not meaning it is the smallest in the world. We must remember that any text taken from its context is a pretext that is why we read more than one Bible verse at a time. Rule number 3, figure out what it means, an easy way to do this is by addressing the scriptural reference in the margin of the Bible. The fourth rule is that it isn’t necessarily wrong if it is imprecise. We must do our best not to confuse the term error with imprecision, it is good too keep in mind that the cultures commonly used descriptions to discus certain issues.
