where to be needed in the future. In those trainings, I would make sure to emphasize that when sexual harassment has occurred to immediately do something about it and provide documentation of prof and records in case of an emergency or supervisor not taking action. As mentioned previously roleplay and cases as examples would be a good way to get employees to interact, be aware and act towards sexual harassment. “Developing a culture that is responsive to workplace misconduct is an ongoing process. It requires much more than a one-time human resources training" (Smith, 2018, Pg. 2). Trainings must be done often, it's not just one thing because we are all exposed to this common behavior that can be threatening in the workforce relationships with one another. Another alternative could be providing round tables every month towards negative and positive issues in the work environment to help address the negatives as soon as possible. It’s important to set down boundaries and if someone is crossing the line let them know immediately with respectful manners. If the same unwanted behavior is repeated after confronting the person that it’s not okay and that’s a red flag of sexual harassment. Encourage the employees to do the right thing, not to focus on what people will say, or what could change into the colleague’s environment and perspectives, doing the right thing is the best for everyone. Also, speaking about the legal consequences one can have if sexual harassment is done it breaks the laws and could face punishments due to this behavior. “The Equality Act 2010 is the framework that protects employees in the workplace. Harassment can also amount more seriously to a crime or civil litigation against the individual harasser under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. The Equality Act 2010 also recognizes that sexual harassment can become victimization. This is where the harasser, having been rejected by their victim, then treats the victims less favorably” (Gilmore, 2018, Pg. 1).

The working environment should always be welcoming and safe and it can only be done by following guidelines and reporting these types of incidents. I would state that this type of behavior from Tom and Henry is not safe because it can mean that they are a potential threat to sexual harassment going beyond the workforce. If Tom is sexually harassing women in the workforce and Henry as the principal of the school is aware and not doing nothing about it despite being more than one report this leads me to believe that the children in the school are not safe either. "In a framework where organizations hold employees liable for harassment, plaintiffs are more predisposed to perceive the employer as a trustworthy mediator and thus take advantage of the internal processes at their disposal (Sion, 2018, Pg. 6). Now not only is has Henry failed to protect these females but also to the children who are vulnerable and can easily become a victim with someone like Tom. If women in the workforce are not safe what makes us think that children will be safe as well. They can be potentially in danger of being sexually harassed by someone like Tom Canden.
