The claim that is made in this advertisement is how the Pantene Pro-V shampoo makes the hair shiny, strong, and unbreakable. The shampoo rejuvenates the hair making it longer and shinier. The way that this claim is shown, is by showing how shiny and beautiful Selena Gomez’s hair looks after she uses the shampoo. Her hair is now strong and beautiful and the camera focuses solely on her hair and how effortlessly it bounces. She is also seen smiling and happy which gives the impression that because her hair is beautiful, so is she.
