products into stores in the United States. Sol is in the early stages of development, but will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of EnVia. Sol will work to fulfill the same mission as EnVia which states “We support the growth and creation of income-generating businesses, and encourage personal development through participatory programs that promote the empowerment of women, the well-being of their families, and the strengthening of community.” This mission will be carried out as Sol begins placing artisan products in stores.
