My plan for observation of Julie Mobley BSN on 04/19/19, will consist of an in-depth interview, to understand her daily routine, task and skills. I would like to understand what her levels of operation is. What she can and cannot accomplish as her role. Julie is a floor manager in the surgical department. During my interview I will take notes of all pertinent information that she will have at time of interview.
