Aesthetic and minimalist design: The website complies with heuristic 8. All the information is related to European Union topics, they don’t show any irrelevant news as far as I saw. It is easy to read through and very understandable, they use the appropriate font size and color. Help and documentation: The website compiles with heuristic 10. I did not really need any help, the website has very good organized and easy to follow. Even if you do not understand a way to reach something or find something, the webpage has the options of “Still need help?” buttons as well as a “Questions about the EU?” section on the side bar.
