I/O is highly active in every level of organizational behavior as it influences the decision-making process for the benefit of the organization. Organizations face various challenges related to organizational behavior. Such issues need immediate attention as they can compromise the success of the organization if not addressed adequately ( Universal Class, Inc. 2019) . Therefore, I/O psychology perspectives are useful in addressing such issues. For example, work-related stress influences the behavior of the employees, thereby resulting in low productivity and performance. Stress also leads to high

Therefore, the managers in various organizations must ensure that they eliminate the factors in the workplace that could cause unnecessary anxiety to the employees. The managers have to identify the causes of stress and implement the most effective strategy, such as providing stimulating tasks to allow the employees to utilize their creativity and skills. This strategy will create a friendly work environment as the employee do not follow a specific procedure to accomplish a task but have the freedom to explore various options for successful outcomes. Organizations have unique employees due to their differences. They also have different perspectives on various issues that affect the organization. The management has to ensure that the employees focus on a common goal and, thus, the successful outcomes in the organization. Understanding organizational behavior is, therefore, of significant value to the organization as it helps in identifying the various challenges and how to solve them for the success of the organization. For example, the management may realize that reduced employee performance is; as a result, lack of motivation and incompetent leadership. Therefore, managers need to apply appropriate theories in practice. The management should identify the needs of the employees and address them as soon as possible to increase employee productivity and job satisfaction. For instance, if the management identifies that the employee's safety has been compromised work, it is critical to enhance the security of the employees and assure them that they are working in a secure environment. The managers should also encourage the employees to forward the challenges they are facing and address them to enhance productivity.
