SWOT AND PEST ANALYSIS The company has competitive business models that explain its business strategy in the market. Several strategies used to give a competitive advantage over the major competitors, such as that set up a large investment in long-haul flights, which allowed Emirates Airline flight services offer long distance for seemingly cheaper rates. Therefore, the company intended to expand its services for long-haul flights more recent territories by the end of 2012. This is facilitated by the Asia-Pacific region which observes a relatively peaceful environment that allows investors, passengers and other airlines to enter the market. From the quiet business environment, competition has allowed Emirates Airline to be more successful than other airlines. The Emirate airline has maintained an "open skies" strategy. Emirates Airline always supports environmental initiatives that have boasted of winning, a good corporate image necessary for commercialization. Emirates Airline has developed a free competition strategy or the "open skies" strategy that has allowed the company's giant to market it competitively. The provision of innovative services that are relatively cost- effective and unique in the market has made Emirate Airline the world's most innovative long- haul flight because it has adopted a flexibility that has allowed its administrative mechanisms to tackle the global economic crisis, resulting in success passing the global crisis without problems.
