THREE ( 3 ) CONDITIONS SHOULD EXIST For Rogers, to enable a person to develop positively and constructively, there must exist THREE ( 3 ) conditions , or circumstances , namely : - Honesty, sincerity and truth, Unconditional acceptance and a feeling of care, Deep understanding .
