(Mayer, et al., n.d.) (Section 7.5, Lester v. Albers Super Markets, Inc: para 1). (Section 7.5, Lester v. Albers Super Markets, Inc: para 2-4 ). Intellectual Property Rights and the Google ApproachAnother difficulty in the business operations of Google is the identification of intellectualproperty rights. Intellectual property is identified, with the human mindset on valued assets that acompany provides and also can identify the company from which these assets are created to include copyright, patents, and trademarks (Mayer, et al., n.d.) (Chapter 32, para 1). Within the EU, Google offers Google News as a means to provide relevant news resources based on search criteria (Berhsidsky, 2019). In some instances of utilizing copyrighted news material provided in the EU region, which has an effect on internet news search traffic for the minor news resources, but not so much for the more mainstream (Berhsidsky, 2019). Yet even with the ability of Googleto pay publishers to maintain its news activities, Google continues to position its influence as a news source, but such actions to influence do not hold much weight as most news consumers will go where there able to find the news they desire, even if the medians are not associated with Google (Berhsidsky, 2019). Even though Google has the firepower and legislation to fight off claims of intellectual property right violations such as copyrights, the question that comes to mind is what is the legal rights for such violations all together? As more entities become violated, Google will need to have the necessary substantiated legal rights to conduct their
