I am usually at home and in friend life thought of as a goof ball, a relatively funny person. This is a great way to make friends and to have good times, but for serious moments it sucks. No one tends to take me serious about certain subjects because I have goofed off to much. 1B. 1 I won’t feel bad or guilty when I discipline my son. 2 I won’t discuss problems I have with co-workers while sounding aggressive. 3 I won’t say “yes” all the time to co-workers to help cover their hours. 4 I won’t make people feel like I am not serious about serious topics. 1C.

This is a more accurate statement rather than “I can’t”. I know how to say “no”, I just don’t know how to “no” without feeling selfish or obligated to say “yes”. 2
