You would have been delegated specific tasks and responsibilities of the project. In this assessment task, you will be required to perform the delegated tasks and evaluate your own performance. Performance evaluation must also include feedback from team members. This task has two parts. Part A must be completed before attempting Part B. PART A You will be completing this assessment task in the following order; Refer to project work plan and confirm your tasks and responsibilities Perform/conduct the given tasks ( make sure the task is not too complex and can be completed within the available time. If any constraints, discuss with your trainer/assessor who may modify your task ) Develop a feedback form Send the completed task/work to rest of the team members (from Assessment Task 1) Gather and analyse the feedback Prepare a brief report (maximum 2 pages long) Once you have all of the above information, you will be ready to complete Part B of this task; PART B Based on your own experience in completing the task, and from the feedback received from the team members, develop a Personal Development Plan covering on the following aspects; Background (Project details and your role in the project) Delegated tasks (Information used from Assessment Task 1) Performance criteria (Information used from Assessment Task 1) Skill and knowledge required to complete the task (Your own understanding of them) Your current skill and knowledge level Need for training and development (Gap between what was needed and what is) Goals and objectives Training/Development solutions (how are you going to undertake the training or development) Key Priorities
