The company intends to maintain its pricing position as the premier provider. We offer our products at affordable prices to our customers. This is to ensure that all the customers in need of our furniture can get them. We offer different designs of furniture at different affordable prices to cater to the customer’s budget. All our products are available at favorable prices thus making them the best for them ( Baker & Michael, p.211). Financial indicators. The following chart shows the fundamental changes in financial indicators: operating expenses, the gross margin, sales, day collections, and the stock turnovers. It will not be easy to manage the growth in sales, and therefore, the company expects the gross margin to be lower as compared to before since the projections show a decrease as the company changes to this new product and because of the high competition. Projections for the day collection and the stock turnovers indicate there will be a decrease in the financial indicators due to the increase in sales through the channels.
Surname11 Break-even analysis. The company breaks even analysis is based on its running cost. This is the cost incurred in running the business. It should be noted that the generally fixed cost would have been relevant only if we were closing. Using the payroll, rent, utilities and the marketing cost, we have the best estimate of the company fixed cost ( Shank & Matthew, p.85). The assumptions made on average unit sales and the average per unit cost highly depends on averaging. This will help us know where the real break-even point might be without even calculating the exact proportion. The most important thing is that the company's level of sales seems to run smoothly above the break- even point.
