Organizational change can be radical and swiftly alter the way an organization operates, or it may be incremental and slow. In any case, regardless of the type, change involves letting go of the old ways in which work is done and adjusting to new ways. Therefore, fundamentally, it is a process that involves effective people management. Employees differ in their personalities and these differences influence the way they react to the external and internal pressures that exist in any organization. Most employees spend more than 50% of their waking hours at the workplace and its environment greatly influences their performance and mental framework. It has been observed that this mental framework has a direct impact on their individual performance which ultimately affects the organization as a whole. Personality. When two people with opposite personality’s problem will always creeps in when there is mistrust between them. Stress. Some employee work under pressure while there are some who did not want to work under pressure. Some employee sometimes becomes disgruntled with their work when there is stress in the office. Gossip. When there are lots of gossips in an office it creates great loss to the organization and also affects the individual productivity of employees at work.
