Q. Improperly or illegally parked cars may be removed without notice at Tenant’s cost. R. Parking: Street parking is available. Cars may not be stored on premises. Landlord assumes no responsibility whatsoever for automobiles while they are parked on or off premises S. Tenants are not permitted to conduct social events or parties in the parking area, common area, and use or allow guests to use the fire stairs for any reason other than their intended use of an emergency. T. Tenants agree to place garbage containers at curbside for pick up by the municipality each day trash and return garbage containers within 8 hours after trash is picked up to the intended area. U. If a private hauler is used for trash removal, tenants agree to all rules including but not limited to no bulk items placed at trash area, separation of all trash and recycling into the proper receptacles, and all cardboard broken down and placed in recycling receptacles. V. Tenants shall be held responsible for all trash fines received for sidewalks not being litter free or trash and recycling being put out too early or not being separated. W. No Kegs are permitted on the premises of any apartment at any time. If caught with a keg, Tenant is in violation of the lease and may be evicted. 42. Tenant's Covenants A. Tenant agrees that at all times the use of the gas, electricity, and any other utilities consumed in or on the premises shall never exceed the capacity of the mains, feeders, ducts, and conduits which bring the services to the premises or to the outlets, risers, wiring, duct work, piping or other means of distribution of such utilities within the premises. B. Tenant shall exert all diligent efforts to prevent, by means of the services of an exterminating company or other satisfactory method to be employed at regular and reasonable intervals, the accumulation in or around the premises of any vermin, rodents, bugs, insects or any like objectionable creatures. The Tenant shall at all- time keep the premises in a clean and orderly condition reasonable for use which shall prevent the

If the pest problem is found to the fault of the tenant, the tenant shall be responsible for paying for the extermination. C. Tenant shall not bring in, permit to be brought in, or on the premises, any hazardous, flammable, combustible or explosive fluid, gas, material, chemical, or substance. D. Tenant covenants and agrees not to permit refuse, rubbish, garbage, or waste to stand or remain on the sidewalks. Such refuse, rubbish, garbage and waste shall be kept in air tight, sealed containers within the premises at all times until time to be collected by the municipality garbage collection company. In no event shall Tenant dispose of, cause, or permit the disposal of any such refuse, rubbish, garbage, or waste by burning or other environmentally unsound method. Garbage cannot be left in common areas, other than an area designated by Landlord.
