This paper is different as a result of regression of modules carried out in the study of clusteing models that interface covid-19 mechanics and human portability by optimal transport in Italy. 9 used in computer programming, in particular in Python language programming. 7. DATASETS In our project we are used 4 datasets: We are used a dataset of 84 prominent cities in Italy. This data contains:city,lat"Meaning latitude",lng "Meaning longitude",country,iso2 it is similar to code ,admin_name,capital,population,population_proper. The number of attribute in the dataset reached 85 records. The other dataset are the mobility’s. They contain: p1, p2 and the dates in which this movement was observed, p1 means point 1 and p2 means point 1, for example if we assume that p1 and p2 have a mobility on 18-1-2020 The transfer within the same city from 1-1 is estimated at 0.9267 and so for the dates available in the dataset. This data included the collection of mobility data from January 18-1-2020 to 6-26-2020. It contained transfers from the same city or from one city to another.The number of attribute in the data reached 5,139 mobility’s. Also We are used a statistical dataset from a covid-19 website related to Italy.For the dataset file, this file was not available in csv format, but the statistics it was are in the form of tables, so we made a processing in the form of a file with the extension csv to make it easier for us to use it. This data contained: City name Its status, i.e., is it a region or a town, etc., the number of cases registered in the date. The number of attribute in the dataset reached 130 records. Therefore the last dataset was a dataset for all continents. But we only took from Italy. To work on it. The data set consists of : iso_code,continent,location,date,total_cases,new_cases,new_cases_smoothed,total_deaths
10 ,new_deaths,new_deaths. The number of attribute in the dataset reached 129 records. Below are summary tables for all datasets. Table 1 displays a summary of the data set.
