Throughout the course of your life, there are going to be times when it is challenging to maintain your activity plan. Temporary lapses in activity are normal. We do want to consider ways to prevent these lapses in activity but it’s even more important to consider how we can avoid relapse….completing giving up on our active lifestyle for longer periods of time. 1.One way to prevent relapse is to recognize and use the tools we have to be active. What are some tools you have gained this semester in KINE 1000 that will help you maintain an active lifestyle? List at least THREE. 2.What are some physical activities/exercises that you can participate in to maintain an active lifestyle for a lifetime. List at least 5 (keep all PG and professional).
