Week 1-3: pouring of foundations. Foundation inspection to be conducted to guarantee that the right materials have been used, the thickness and quality of the materials to be used are also inspected alongside the equipment to be used. Week 4-5: Framing of the floors, roof and walls. Incase the building has more than one storey, then all the floors and walls in each storey should be done simultaneously. The roof will be shingled and sheathed after the walls and the floors have been framed. Inspection will be conducted after framing and flooring is done to check on safety and quality. Exterior finishes and fisher boards to be installed immediately the inspector approves the work done.
