Some characteristics that make a management process a good one is leadership, communication, and organization. By being a good leader, you help guide your employees by making sure they do their work. If you are a great leader, chances are your employees will work twice as hard because they have someone who believes in them and motivates them. Communication is also important because without it, things are more than likely to fall apart. A manager who has great communication skills helps their team members understand what they need and work with them to get the best results. Organization will also make management process a good one because this will help remind you of the meetings and tasks

One said something along the lines of "how managers treat their employees is how employees are going to treat the customers". This really ties into what you were saying about leading by example. The example that is set by the managers can trickle down to the lower levels of the business either giving a positive or negative effect. Hi, Taylor. I must agree with you: I didn't know management involved so many elements, but now I have a different outlook. Leadership is, in fact, really important to motivate the employees. I also believe communication is extremely important in order to get things done.
