Project Approach 5.1 Change Management Any changes requested by either Tucker Automotive, ABC Marketing, or PMC, will need to be agreed on by all parties and are subject to budget and time constraints. Project Approach 5.2 Communication Management All change orders and task critical information will be communicated directly from the project manager via email to the appropriate team members. Regular communication will occur between all parties and any concerns should be freely communicated. 5.3 Quality Management Quality is a continuous process to ensure quality is performed in all aspects of the project. This project will ensure that all marketing materials comply with the standards set forth by the International Institute of Marketing Professionals ( - standards/ ). Tucker Automotive’s policy’s will be followed in regards to material allowed for print, and what material is intellectual property. The PM will ensure that all team members are behaving responsibly and ethically, and are utilizing resources appropriately. 5.4 Resource Management Resources will be managed per the project schedule and individual availability. A Gantt Chart will be used to schedule tasks and resources so that the project stays on budget and on time. 5.5 Critical Success Factors The CSFs for this project are: completion of TV and radio ads, getting print media to the printer on time, upgrade the software with enough time left over for training and practice runs, and customer service training.
