We will also learn about common performance issues that may occur during contract performance, and the remedies for addressing these issues. Throughout Module 5 you will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have accrued during this course. To achieve this learning objective, students must demonstrate the ability to: Apply the policies and procedures for contract modifications.
