development for the air vehicle.
They don't believe th a t the schedule or the
cost will be a ffected,
but they have selected a wa te rf all process
for the new
developme

tion on th e UAV data link and
related DISR standards .
I di sc
overed that those t ec hni ca l speci fi c ati ons are
not entirely stable. This
means that some of our requiremen ts for CyboRaptor's w
ork on th e a ir ve hicle
so ft ware may change as
we learn more a bout the new UAV data li nk
sta ndards.
I am concerned
