Radio Amateur Wireless Telegraph Station Licences Guidelines for Renewal/Change of Location/Duplicate Licence/Endorsement for Radio Telephony. 1. Application to be made with renewal fee in the form of demand draft from State Bank of India drawn in favour of “Pay and Accounts Officer (HQ), D.O.T.” Payable at State Bank of India Service Branch, New Delhi (Code: 7687) as per rates given below: RENEWAL FEE FOR 2 YEAR 5 YEAR (i) GRADE- ADVANCE Rs. 50/- Rs. 125/- (ii) GRADE-I Rs. 40/- Rs. 100/- (iii) GRADE-II/GRADE-II (RES)/SWL Rs. 25/- Rs. 60/- LATE FEE @ Rs. 10/- FOR EVERY SIX MONTHS OR PART THERE OF (AFTER THE DATE OF EXPIRY OF LICENCE). 2. Self Declaration of number of contacts made during the last 5 years minimum @ 40 contacts per year is to be submitted. 3. If application for renewal is submitted more than two years after the date of expiry, it shall be accompanied by necessary justification for this delay. Duplicate Licence 4. In case of loss of licence, application for issue of duplicate licence shall be accompanied by original FIR and two identical photographs with fee Rs. 10/-, Demand Draft from State Bank of India drawn in favour of “Pay and Accounts Officer (HQ), D.O.T.” Payable at State Bank of India Service Branch, New Delhi (Code: 7687) Change of Location 5. Endorsement for Radio Telephony will be made on submission of original licence alongwith copy of log for 100 contacts with other amateurs using Morse Code.
