I was exposed to various groups inclusive of race, ethnicity, culture, socioeconomic status, immigrant, linguistic, abilities, learning and gender identity. Based on the case studies I have observed the role of the teacher in treating with bullying by peers and pressure from parents. As an educator, even if the beliefs of your diverse students and their families do not align with yours, you must maintain professionalism at all times. What stood out to me the most was that in most cases the greatest problems were the parents. As such, it should be noted that respect for diversity can be instilled in our students. At the beginning of the course, I identified students whose families are living below the poverty line as an underserved population. As I continue towards my aim of meeting the needs of all students, my main goal is that starting from September 2019 I will choose one school with a huge percentage of this population and donate
