to properly balance the part of business volume and growth, with the most part. In many cases, studies of poorly made costs, make management take exaggerated expansion decisions, generating unrecoverable costs. The attention and customer service, plus the clear determination of the competitive advantages of the company, are fundamental factors that maximize income and lower costs. Profit generation is the 1a factor for any investor. They currently do not forgive mistakes, so control is vital.

26 Chapter 3; Methodology The purpose of this part of the proposed research is to describe the facts of the investigation, research methods, research philosophy, data collection method and sampling methods. Thus, the study determines the ideology of the study, research methods and data collection methods in this section. As in the proposed study, data were collected from secondary research methods and the number of research methods used in research methods, subsequent research examines the advantages, disadvantages and assumptions of relevant methods. The study is included and explains why philosophy and other research methods are ignored. 3.1 Research Philosophy Research philosophy does play an important role in the completion of research but also plays an important role in providing accurate and precise information in detail. The research principle is considered deep and correct, providing information about the content and helping researchers to understand the subject. Because the research philosophy allows researchers to have a survey of respondents or their documents, they know that they tried to select a researcher accordingly (Matthes, 2016). The proposed philosophy of research positivism applies to other philosophers of research, such as the philosophy of studying interpretation, the philosophy of science, the pragmatic, realistic study of philosophy and the philosophy of metaphysical research. As a result of the proposed research, instead of focusing on the consciousness or respondents, there are also various topics, journals, literature and magazines, so that it can be said that the proposed study should use the results of the publication process ( Dickerson et al., 2018, p.1).

27 3.2 Research Approach Phenomenology research methods were used in the proposed study. The reason for using phenomenological research methods is that it allows researchers to gather knowledge, focusing on events, experiences and measures, while reducing external and physical material. Even if researchers use research methods, they can afford profitable research methods. The reason for this is that the use of surveys with semi-circular comparisons of primary research may be indicated by various studies and respondents ( Fleisher et al., 2017). In a phenomenological study, researchers can collect their data through interviews, research, surveys, research, and analysis. In addition, researchers have developed new theories by reading relevant articles and journals and can collect data using past research related to researchers, or researchers can download information about their content — various sites such as the World Bank. The purpose of the study, which is designed in a similar way, is to collect the
