Part II: Interview Summary: Write a 350- to 500-word summary of your impressions. For the summary, consider the following questions: Did anything surprise you? What did you learn from the security manager that was not in your text? How important do you think policies and procedures are in security management? Why? During my interview there were several different things that really surprised me. The first surprise that really got me was the extent a person must go through to just be able to get an interview. They need to be registered through the state with fingerprints, and background checks. Then and only then will they be able to get an interview. Even though I was surprised, being a father, made me feel better about who would be taking care of children. Due to the person having to go through a background check, I knew those children where a little safer. During the interview process the applicant must be able to show the qualities that are needed. These qualities are works well with children, deals with stress on a daily basis and be a very responsible person. The thing that I have learned from the director that was not
