I have always believed that someone will continue to do whatthey are doing even if it is wrong because they simply may believe that it is the rightway to do it. I was especially fond of the individual tracking formas well as the certification worksheet document. Having these documents for thetrainees makes them accountable and allows them to track and organize theirprogress. With a longer training program, such as yours, it can be hard to stay ontop of what you have completed, and what still needs to be done. Providing thesedocuments and instruction on how to monitor and track your progress will surely helpthese individuals to achieve their goals. Tracking information, progress, anddecisions helps to alleviate stress and prevents time from being wasted trying to goover old documents and records (Larson, 2019).
