2 BUS100: INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS As a Senior Accountant for SunsTruck, I have reviewed the financial report from junior accounting. Based on the company needs and speaking with Shaun who is currently wanting to expand due to the increase in new order and minimize interest payments. SunsTruck would need an increase in additional funds of $150,000 to add 5 pop-up stands and additional products to maintain or increase the profits. For Securing additional funds I chose to go with Equity. Equity is the best financing for SunsTruck is wanting to do because the company is not looking to borrow from Debtee. I believe bringing in shareholder with a creative marketing strategy on 5 pop-up stands will create profits for the business and eliminate borrowing money from Debt then having to pay back increased high interest. It would also allow SunsTruck to expand within a year or two from the profit of deciding to go with Equity financing.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
