However, increasing competition in the market has created complexities for airlines to sustain growth. Since then, there are many critical success factors in the airline industry. The Airline industry is very competitive and the stages of development as innovative technology increases the need for technologies, in aircraft to improve passengers and staff. Customer demands increased, due to the competitive environment in the market, as each airline was ready to capture the market. The company experiences several obstacles in the airline market, including new airlines that threaten to divide their market share in several facets.
