OpportunitiesThreats1. Try to use the most out of social media and online advertising. 2. We have two experience trainers including myself that we can have more trainers on board and expand our business.3. There will be more corporate buildings inthe coming 1-2 years that create more traffic. 4. We can engage and seek for sponsors to subsidise and sponsor our gym and we can advertise them at the same time. 5. We can run seminars or talks and invite non member to understand more about fitness and what we can offer to them. As a new business, I will keep building my networking and advertise our gym through various channels. We cannot miss any opputunities that comes up. 1. Competitors in the same area. They are all commercial gyms but still we for offering similar services. 2. Council licensing fees.3. Our contract with the landlord is for 2 years, they can force us to move out. 4. Noise complaints from local businesses. 5. Lack of clients to generate the revenue andto operate the business at the startI will prevent the threats by providing the bestresult to our clients that they will spread the words for us and eventually help us to get more clients. We have measures to prevent the noise pollution to the minimum.
