5. To finalise the leadership communication project, you are required to write a brief summary (about half a page) of the meeting that you have conducted. This should be in the form of a brief email to all staff summarising the meeting content and identifying follow up action that will be taken.6. Reflect on, and write a summary of, your own performance. The final part of this assessment requires you to reflect on the leadership communication project that you have just carried out.Your performance assessment should address:(a) What aspects of the communication process worked well?(b) What aspects of the communication process would you change? Save this document as Performance Reflection. 7. Send an email to your team members (your assessor). The text of the email should be in grammatically correct English, and written in an appropriate (polite, business-like) style.
