The story is about Shyamola Begum who was awarded a grant from UNDP and the United Kingdom’s Urban Partnerships for Poverty Reduction. Through that project, she received some money, started her own business which led her successful life. After reading this article, I knew that the people lived in poor countries keep trying to overcome from their poverty and other problems such as flood, women rights, or education. Also, many organizations and projects help them to improve their lives. Because I am also woman and the article is about increasing power of women, I mostly agree with the article. However, more people’s attention not only with heart but also with money will be needed. Also, women have to increase power because most men have more influence than women, and getting education is one of way to empower themselves.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
